SELECTION

1. Choose the item

- View the catalog and choose products.
-Next to the item, there is a description and several photographs that can be enlarged if you move the cursor over them, so it is possible to see the details.
-In the catalog, there are items that are ready to be sent to you and some items that can be manufactured in several days specially for you (next to the item, there is a note with the manufacture time).
- If the item is only of one size that means the item is unique or is an example. But other products offer several sizes.
- Choose the size (if applicable) and add to Shopping cart.
- You can go to Shopping cart at anytime and see the items you chose, at the same time you can remove the chosen item by clicking ”Remove” and you can continue to view the catalog.

2. Shopping cart

- When the choice is made, go to Shopping cart to purchase.
- If you want to decline the item, click „Remove”.
- If by mistake you have indicated the wrong size, please click on the ”Shopping cart” and choose the proper size.
- If the shopping cart contains what you wish, please click ”Proceed to check out”.

3. Shipping address and shipping method

-You will come to the next step „Shipping address”
- Fill all fields correctly by indicating name, last name, shipping address, phone number and e–mail.
- Click „Continue” and you will come to the next step „Shipping method”.
- If you are located in Latvia, you can choose: 1) receive the item with a courier to your indicated address, 2) receive it at the nearest post Office where you can go and get the item after you receive the slip or 3) receive the item at CreativeLatvia.com Office, in Riga, Ūnijas street 11a.
-If you choose the service of courier, please be sure that in the previous step you have indicated the shipping address, where you will be on working days until 4 PM.
-If you want to receive the item in the post office, please indicate your address.
-If you live abroad, please indicate your address. The chosen item will be delivered to the nearest post office.
-When the shipping method is chosen, click „Continue”.

4. Finish shopping

- You will come to the next step “Order review”.
- In this step, you will be able to see your contacts, shipping address, shipping method and total purchase.
-If you notice a mistake in the data, go to the previous step and correct the information.
-If there is no mistakes, click ”Purchase”.
-Coming to the last step ”Confirmation” means that your purchase is accepted.
-In this step, you will see the payment details and bank account specifications.
-The same bill is delivered to the e-mail you indicated.

To pay for a purchase made in our store, follow the instructions. After you have added the good to the “bag”, go to the section “Shopping Cart”. Then click “process payment” and fill in the necessary information and the data of your bank card. After successful payment, a payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail and the good will be delivered to your specified address, Post office or you will be able to receive it at Creative Latvia office located at Ūnijas street 11a.
 

SHIPPING

Complete products

- If there is no information about manufacture time, that means the product is ready and can be shipped at the time when you receive the confirmation e-mail that the payment is made.

Latvia

Shipping by courier

- After the confirmation e-mail about the payment you had made, the item will be shipped in Riga on the next working day to the indicated address by 4 PM (price: 2,50 lats).
- In the other areas the item will be delivered the day after the next to the indicated address by 4 PM (price: 4,00 lats).

Shipping to post

-After the confirmation e-mail for payment you had made, the item will be shipped in 3-5 working days. Wait for information in your postbox that the parcel is received and pick it up in your post office (price: 2,50 lats).

Abroad

-After receiving the confirmation e-mail about the payment you made the product will be shipped to your post office. Wait for information in your postbox that the parceli is received and pick it up in your post office (price for European Union countries: 10 lats, for other countries: 15 lats). Order products

- If manufacture time is mentioned (it could be from 3 to 20 days), the product will be made (manufactured) especially for you by taking into consideration the indicated sizes and colors.
- At the time when the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation that the payment is done and the information about the manufacture time.
- When the product is ready, you will receive information in your e-mail, and at that time shipping will start. For shipping time, look here.
